Enriko Malinak – MindMed

Enriko currently works as a corporate counsel at MindMed. He is responsible for a substantial part of the company’s legal agenda such as securities; M&A; corporate governance;  digital, EU and operations related matters. The foregoing includes working closely with company’s C-suite on implementing company-wide policies and processes. MindMed works to improve patient outcomes through their pipeline of novel drug candidates and digital therapeutics and strive to deliver on the therapeutic potential of psychedelics and other novel compounds to address unmet patient needs in the fields of psychiatry, addiction, pain and neurology.

Enriko started his cooperation with MindMed as a result of MindMed’s acquisition of HealthMode (a startup developing various healthcare digital solutions), where he served as a sole in-house counsel and was in charge of legal ops and insurance while simultaneously working in similar roles for other US startups.

Prior to that, he worked for Exponea, a CEE based international e-commerce company (later on acquired by Bloomreach), as a legal associate via a local law firm. Despite his young age, Enriko’s experience goes beyond the field of law as he has also worked as an investment analyst for CEE Private Equity and Venture Capital funds earlier in his career.
